Description: In the unlikely event that a horse sold does not suit our terms of business, we will offer a replacement animal of the same value but no cash alternative. The purchaser must notify and provide us with evidence of the problem with the horse in the first 30 days of ownership. Then a replacement animal will be sourced. After this period, no horse can be exchanged. The animal to be returned shall remain in the care and ownership of the buyer, until a suitable replacement has been tried. All horses ridden and tried either at Quarry House Stables or any other venue, are ridden at the potential purchasers own risk. All horses remain the property of Stephen Gittins until paid for in full.
